Day #21: Final Reflections
Today, we want to thank you for joining us on this journey to co-create a world that welcomes, celebrates, and values the uniqueness that we each bring. We invite you to spend a little time on this final day of the Challenge reflecting on how your participation has helped you to think, feel, sense and act differently as we move from “me to we” in realizing transformative change in communities, food systems and beyond.
- What have you learned?
- What has been affirmed for you?
- What new commitments have surfaced?
- How will you put your commitments into motion?
- What kinds of support do you need? Where might you get that support?
- There is work you can do on your own, and most of the change we need will happen in collaboration with others. Who are your potential allies at school, work, home, in your community and in other places?
Finally, we suggest committing to some kind of ongoing practice, a way to navigate the days ahead through writing, drawing, music or some other form of expression that encourages you to stay in the present moment. Choose something that will work for you so that you can continue to reflect and integrate your learning from this experience. Remember, you are not alone. Reach out and share how your dreams for the future begin to unfold.

Hoy queremos darte las gracias por unirte a nosotros en este viaje para cocrear un mundo que acoja, celebre y valore la singularidad de cada uno de nosotros. Te invitamos a que dediques un poco de tiempo en este último día del Desafío para reflexionar sobre cómo tu participación te ha ayudado a pensar, sentir, percibir y actuar de forma diferente a medida que hemos pasado “del yo al nosotros” para llevar a cabo un cambio transformador en las comunidades y en los sistemas alimentarios, y más allá.
